Not my normal Crescent stay
When I go to Florida I always stay at this condo complex. It has always been a very pampering experience. I was disappointed with unit 207. There are MANY maintenance issues that wouldn't take much to fix, but made me feel that I was staying in a sub par unit. I have many pictures and video I can share if you want them.
Basically, the unit needs some TLC. There were annoying things like a loose sink handle and no plug in the sink, to water stains in the closets and rusty/dirty bathroom corners.
The furniture in the living room was dirty and dingy and needs a good cleaning. The chair in the LR was all torn up and looked like something that came from a yard sale.
This unit was a surprise after staying in others that are well maintained.
I WILL stay at this complex again, but I WON'T stay in unit 207 again.

The beds in this unit were not very comfortable. The balcony furniture is minimal— some of it was broken but the manager/owner had it replaced very quickly. We still love the Crescent. Everything else was good. Would recommend a different style of wrist band that cannot be washed off in the ocean so easily since the wrist band policy is strictly enforced and the renter is charged $20 for each lost band.
