Really only had two issues; both relatively minor.
Access codes were confused or missing.
First, our instructions did not include the subdivision gate access code. The email only had “????” For the code. I called DD and was given the code.
We were given a 6 digit code and we assumed that it was for the lockbox near the front door. (That is how we accessed a recent VRBO in Colorado.) I called DD again and was given a 5 digit code that was nowhere on the email and that was the primary access code to the garage door. That worked.
The 6 digit code was for 3 other combo entry locks. Fortunately, the front door of the house had been left unlocked, so at least we got in and we’re able to unload while we were getting the codes figured out.
Second, the floors all over the house were quite slippery. We guessed that it was something that the housekeepers had used to clean the floors. I mentioned this to the housekeeper who arrived as we were departing on Saturday morning. She did not seem to know anything about the slick floors. We got used to the floors, but - in our opinion - they bordered on dangerous.
