We were a late arrival and received a Very Temporary parking pass that lasted until the next morning. You will be paying for a parking pass across the road at the HOA that seems bothered by the fact they are issuing 10 passes. There is a 1500 letter limit so-It's in a megaresort, a nice one-Virtually everyone in the resort seemed nice-Some units are pet friendly-Grimy gritty floor, sticks to bare feet-Slippery porch from sunscreen, apparently not mopped-Sprinkler sprays the porch, be prepared-Night 2 fridge door wouldn't stay closed, lost groceries-Dryer smelled swampy, had to air it out for days-Couch sits low, armrests hard, needs steaming-Can't read range dials-Coffee maker water compartment nasty, stained, had coffee grounds in it. Made coffee by dipping boiled water into filter-Take pictures because there is so much damage here that could be blamed on renter.-Missing paint, damaged door jams, damaged ice maker tray, refrigerator dents, broken strap on beach chair, jammed screen door, glass door curtains, etc, etc... Glad we always take pics.-Stripped the bed on the morning of checkout to reveal yellow stained mattress cover, and yellow stained pillows. GROSS GROSS GROSS. So glad I put a blanket over the other cloth surfaces.-On a matter completely out of the owner's control, there was no peace here due to upstairs neighbors for the first 3 days. I heard way more than I wanted to.Great resort, different unit next time.
