Great place to stay!

This house was amazing! It was super clean and close to the beach. We had a great time and would definitely rent this house again. The host was great - very responsive and communicative. The website was full of helpful information. My only suggestion would be to have a room with bunk beds for the kids who traveled with us. I highly recommend this listing.

Just got back from staying at Mer Soleil (Apr 1–5) and we’d book it again in a heartbeat. The location is perfect—super close to public beach access, so getting to the water was quick and easy every day. The pool is great, and the outdoor space really stands out. There’s plenty of room to spread out, but also great spots to hang together—especially around the fire pit at night. We had some really good conversations out there.Inside, having two living rooms was a huge plus—perfect for families or groups so everyone can relax without feeling crowded.Big shoutout to the owner as well. Communication was excellent the whole time. We had a couple bikes that weren’t working well, and he had brand new ones delivered within 30 minutes. That level of responsiveness made a big difference. If you’re choosing between places, this one is an easy pick. Great layout, awesome outdoor space, close to the beach, and an owner who really takes care of you.Highly recommend—we would absolutely stay here again.

The house was just what my family needed. We just picked the wrong we to go down to Destin as it rained and stormed the whole time, so we definitely got out money worth out of the has as we stayed in the house the majority of the week. Communication with the hosts was top tier. Always an immediate response. Would recommend 10/10!
