Maravilla is a top gulf-front destination located in the Destin area with 2.5 acres of private beach and is well known for it's family atmosphere and amenities. The community just completed numerous updates. Come see what Maravilla has to offer!

Our completely remodeled throughout 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo is on the top floor of building #3 alongside the entrance drive. The balcony faces west and is great for sunbathing or viewing awesome sunsets. You are just steps to the marked and lighted crosswalk to our private, gated beach entrance where a new beach ramp has been installed for ease of getting down to our glorious white sand beach! There is a boardwalk on the beach side of Scenic Gulf Drive and paved path on the condo side for walking and biking. Rentals from mid-March thru October include on-site beach service (4 chairs and 2 umbrellas) - a great value! So just grab your towel and sunscreen and you are ready for the beach!

This unit was completely remodeled from top to bottom! It contains on trend colors and decor in shades of blue and grey. All new furniture was installed, which includes a queen sofa bed and LED 55in smart TV. The kitchen comes complete with modern Whirlpool stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and all your essentials including a Keurig Duo coffee maker! There is a dining table with comfortable seating for six.

For your sleeping comfort each bedroom contains King-size Sealy Premium pillow-top mattresses. Each bedroom also has a flat screen smart TV. There is a balcony off the master bedroom which includes a bistro table for two! Master bathroom includes a walk-in shower with 2 shower heads - a handheld and a rain shower! Second bathroom can be accessed from the main hallway or the bedroom and includes a shower with deep soaking tub.

The in-unit laundry room features full size front-loading Samsung washing machine and dryer. We also provide an iron with ironing board. There are plenty of card/board games for children and adults available in the unit. High-speed internet is included - free - as well as DIRECTV on all TV's.

We welcome you to experience our condo and take in the many local restaurants, shopping, and best of all the beautiful white sand beaches! You'll easily see why we LOVE Destin/Miramar Beach so much!

Our property is equipped with a keyless programmable keypad lock. A unique door code will be issued for the current guest and will expire upon check out.

Please note: There is no overnight parking of boats, RV's, or trailers allowed at Maravilla. The rental of two or three wheeled scooters is prohibited, however Golf Cart rentals are now allowed at Maravilla. Our excellent beach service team, La Dolce Vita (LDV), even offers on-site rental options. They also offer on-site bicycle rentals among other fun activity options!

This property was amazing! It was very close to the ocean, very clean, and we loved the chair service that was provided when renting this condo. The condo was nicely stocked with pots/pans, cups, coffee maker, panini press, and a lot more appliances. Lisa and Rick, we absolutely loved our stay in your condo. It was so tastefully decorated, had so many little special touches, (from light switches being labeled, to Keurig, and even cleaning supplies). Most importantly, it was so very clean. We visit the Destin area 1-3 times a year and have stayed in several other condos in the same complex, I must say this was by far one of the nicest and cleanest condo! We rented this unit last year and loved it so we decided to rent it again!!We love this condo! It’s super clean and the owners are very kind and easy to reach! I cannot think of anything negative to say!We love that it is updated! Some of my favorite things are the rain shower head in the master, the spacious laundry room, the kitchen cupboard (to hide all our snacks), ceiling fans in all the rooms and on the balcony and the comfortable beds! Another plus is that this unit comes with beach setup (seasonal) - two umbrellas and 4 chairs - which is perfect for us—— most only offer one umbrella and two chairs! And, the owner provides 4 beach towels for use — in the laundry room there was even two beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys and a boogie board.We cannot wait to book this place again for next year!!

The condo was very clean and decorated tastefully. It was well equipped. The view was nicer than I expected. The bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms well done. Our friends stayed in a oceanfront condo in the same complex and we liked this unit much better. The side view condo was much bigger, especially the bedrooms. The balcony was much larger as was the living area. Nice tvs, great location to walk to Pompano Joes or KennyD. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was CLEAN. It actually smelled fresh and clean. The kitchen was well stocked, hand mixer was the best I've ever used. The linens were of great quality and seemed to be new. Both king beds were very COMFORTABLE!! The condo was just as described and actually nicer in person. It is decorated beautifully and has everything that you could need for a cozy stay. It is just steps away from the beach and close to tons of eateries, shops and attractions. The host was FANTASTIC! Very attentive and answered all questions promptly. More than expected!

I can say with the utmost confidence that this property nears if not is at the top of available listings in Maravilla. I have visited the Destin area multiple times, always choose the Maravilla property due to its location and overall layout. This was by far the best stay in terms of accommodations. I have always believed the little details are what sets something apart and Rich & Lisa far exceed the expectations from the communication (a HUGE plus) before and during to the smaller details such as the makeup wipes and the countertop spray my wife was ecstatic about. The little things don't go unnoticed and can't wait to look into future dates and will make an effort to book dates around Rich and Lisa's property availability!!

We had a family of six and had a great time and the location was very central. Loved the fact that it was pet friendly. Mornings out on the balcony was very calming and had a view of the beach. Grill by the front pool has one grill and the one by the back pool has 3 charcoal grills. You can come into the condo via Hwy. 98 which will be a faster trip then taking the scenic route. The condo does come with 2 beach chairs and umbrella. You have to be by the steps on the beach by 8:45 a.m. to reserve your ocean front chairs, otherwise you will be on the second row. They do have quite a bit of toys for small children. They do have rolling carts to bring your belongings up to the condo. No items must be left outside the door.

Look no further!

This condo was amazing in every way! Not only is it exactly as described, but there were little touches too, like night lights and extra toiletries. The beds and linens were very comfortable and plush. As others have noted, this condo is spotless and the updates are very nice. The large flat screen TVs in every room, family games in storage nook, book selections and DVDs made rainy days fun inside. The place was well-lit and spacious. Nice size closets and bathrooms too! The balcony was huge and had ample seating to go out and enjoy what we thought was a pretty good view. It's a steal for what you get. Again, the beds alone make this place worthwhile. Also, bringing our dog is a must, so it was very convenient to be able to travel with her and the condo grounds really do accommodate pets. The balcony was also great for our dog. The pool and tennis courts are nice and close by, along with an elevator and rolling cart for you to haul your belongings. It is walking distance to great restaurants off of Scenic 98 and close to Highway 98. Ok, I could go on and on, but I will end by commenting that this is OUR new Destin area condo for sure. Thank you Lisa and Rich and we'll be back! Oh, and thank you for such a quick deposit refund notification...much appreciated!!
