Within the community, you will find multiple pools, hot tub, BBQ girls, fitness center, tennis courts, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, arcade, and more! Just a quick walk to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and the Silver Sands Outlet.

This three bedroom, two bathroom home sleeps 10 and has modern fixtures, fresh paint, and brand new furniture. The two spacious bedrooms downstairs, each with a queen bed, share a full bathroom. The primary suite that is located upstairs has a king sized bed, trundle bed, office nook, and a private balcony. A bonus room also located upstairs has a trundle bed and is a perfect little space where kids can sleep and play.

We had a great stay. The cottage was clean and host was responsive and helpful throughout the booking and stay. Perfect location and walkable to shopping and food. Easy walk to the pool and beach. Outdoor areas could use some better chairs and seating areas. Overall, it was great and we would book again!

Overall, the house layout and location were perfect for my family and my sister‘s family. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean. I do have a few things to consider. The kitchen is minimally stocked. We do a lot of cooking family meals, and there were two pans to cook with, one of which was so scratched on the bottom I’m sure it was hazardous for our health. We ended up buying new pans to cook with. There are no spices at all. The main floor toilet lid and seat broke right off on the second day and so it was sliding around. I messaged the owners several times, but no handyman ever came to fix it. I was afraid my mother was going to slide right off. We also had to purchase more dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry soap for our five day stay. 2 of the TVs we could not get to work in the bedrooms. There were 9 of us. Beach is an easy walk as well as shopping/grocery nearby. We had a lovely time eating, catching up, and playing games on the nice kitchen table. Overall a positive experience but the broken toilet issue that was never fixed and tv’s are the biggest complaints.

Wonderful Property in a Great Location

We stayed here for an extended weekend and had a wonderful stay. The home is conveniently located in the heart of Miramar Beach with close proximity to shops and restaurants and a short stroll (under 5 minutes) to the beach. You don't have to cross any highways to get to the sand which is very nice. Mainsail is a gated community with nice amenities, especially the heated pool and BBQ area right by the home. The home itself was nicely equipped with everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!
