Great stay for multigenerational family

Spent four days with three generations of family (and our 2 year old pup) members and we had a wonderful time in this older but still welcoming property. Great location and the property manager was very responsive. On the second day, we had a minor issue with one of the restrooms and within 15 minutes, some one was there to fix it.

Pet Paradise

Excellent stay. Excellent location. Fully fenced huge yard. Private heated pool. Clean house with tons of room. Loved having 2 chairs and an umbrella included at the private beach. It was absolutely perfect for my husband and I and our 2 dogs.

Family Beach Trip

Lovely beach home with a beautiful fenced-in yard, private pool with spacious lanai, and plenty of parking. Inside, the home is tastefully decorated with comfortable living room and bedrooms, along with a fully stocked kitchen. It's a short walk to the beach. Shopping and restaurants are close by. We enjoyed our time spent here and highly recommend this VRBO!

Perfect location, close to beach- every dogs dream!

What a lovely house located within walking distance to the beach. The 2 beach chairs and umbrella that come with the rental that gets set up everyday at the beach was wonderful for people who do not want to carry these items to the beach everyday.This house has one of the biggest fenced in yards that we saw in this area. Our dog loved being able to go outside and walk on grass that was not hot on her feet. The house was spacious for our party of 8 that stayed. The pool at the house was a great added feature were we could cool off after the beach. We will definitely be staying here if we come to Mirmar/Destin area again.

Destin Florida Stay

House was real nice , couldn't clean it cause (no broom , vacuum) ,drain in pool area was green and moldy & didn't drain well, toilet in the mail part of house back up , was flushing slow but we didn't think anything of it till it , and then it started backing up. Then the hot water turned off three days before leaving(we had no Hot water For showers) . So we had to left early 7 we did end up leaving cause of it . I think we should get a one day refund if you ask me.

Family and Freedom 4th of July vacay

This property was amazing! It was very close to the beach, so close that you could go to the beach in the morning and go back for lunch. I highly recommend this property! Everything that you need was in the house. It was a fantastic evening when you could go back and relax around the pool!

Great place to stay.

I came to Miramar along with many of my family members. We rented seven houses. Our house was the best house to gather. The saltwater pool was very spacious. The yard was huge and we had plenty of parking spaces.

Texas to Destin Family Vacation

Location, Location, Location!!! It was a short walk to the beach, convenience store, ice cream shop, coffee shop and a few restaurants. By car everything that you need is just minutes away. When we arrived access to Weldon's Seadog was easy and thank goodness for the pool. Except for one rain delay day the rest of the week was double Red Flag Days (boo hoo) beach OK but no swimming. The house was wonderful, big and roomy enough beds for all eight of us. Kitchen was well stocked. Dining room was large enough for us all. Did I mention the POOL! life saver and it was screened in as well. On the pool patio there was a patio set with sofa and chairs not as pictured, but I think it was better. The yard was big enough for the kids to run around. The grill was adequate cooked burgers and dogs. We did contact the owner about a broom and had a Maintenace man get us one. Overall, our stay at Weldon's SeaDog home was very enjoyable and we would like to come back again. See ya'll soon

The location is awesome. The space is larger than any you will find in that area. It was a very private area. We were really pleased with everything. The only thing that would have been nice to have would be a broom available.

Overall good. A little trouble with pool heater. But after fixed, pool was great. Short walk to beach was great. Many light bulbs burned out. Gas grill not working. A bit dated.

Outstanding

House was well equipped, very homey like going to my great aunt’s vacation home in Key Biscayne when I was a child. The screened in porch was awesome, super spacious (just 2 + baby). Walk to the beach was super quick and we loved that it came with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. Kitchen was very equipped. Only slept on 1 bed the entire time and it was a very firm mattress. Art, the landscaper was super nice, had a wealth of knowledge and really good to talk to, I believe he is a captain for charter fishing and if I had more time, would have booked and enjoyed having further conversations with him. Communication with owner was excellent, very quick too. The downsides, it wasn’t the most ideal location for us personally. We are more familiar with sea grove/watercolor area so it was about 30 minute drive for dinner every night to our normal romps like Cafe 30A/Perfect Pig/Shunk Gulley/Watercolor Town Center, but it is close it Ben and Jerry’s and on the cusp of Destin so if that is your gig, then you’d love the location. The appliances are modern but some of the furniture isn’t, there is carpeting in bed rooms. Definitely some minor touch things that are cosmetic that make it seem more dated but it didn’t bother us. Restroom situation would be kind of wonky if you traveled with multiple couples. Overall we had a great time, saved this place and plan to return next time we are in the area if the stars align. Thanks so much for letting us stay Penny!

Wonderful home and location

Long weekend with family and pets. Everything was great. Short walk to beach. Private pool was great and well used before beach and after beach. All beds comfortable. Large fenced yard was great for two small dogs to play.

Great Anniversary getaway

Great space for a quick family getaway with 6 adults and 1 child. Has 4 bedrooms but only 1 bathroom in main bedroom and 1 other to share, luckily our room was close to the outside bathroom so we made it work, though it gets muggy in July but not the fault of the owners. Private pool is great and we enjoyed it often. Access to beach was easy and we were provided with two chairs & an umbrella so my mom was comfortable. Inside house was clean and had pretty much everything we needed.

A nice family spot

A nice place that’s a tad outdated most of the house was clean but the room I stayed in had a stained bed spread and a little blood on the bathroom sink. The pool was great and the fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs.

Family get away

Older home in good shape. Nice pool. My fault for not fully reading VRBO description. 2 baths inside. I outside at pool NO A/C 4th bathroom is actually a outside pool shower NO toilet. We would stay again just wasn't prepared. Owner had quick response when needed.

Enjoyed having the privacy of a house. Short walk to beach about 2 1/2 blocks . Loved the private pool .Enjoyed the big yard to play in. When we was looking for a place with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths i overlook what was 2 bathroom the bathhouse and the outside shower these 2 places was considered as bathrooms for your inside bedrooms. Also should have heen 4 tvs 1 for each bedroom . By far this was the best place we have . Enjoy our wonderful stay
