Toda la nueva decoración inspirada en "Hollywood Glitz" con increíbles vistas frontales del golfo del piso 12 seguramente le hará sentirse satisfecho en esta hermosa casa en condominio en Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort - Beachside II. Esta unidad de dos dormitorios y dos baños con pisos de baldosas en todas partes ofrece a los huéspedes mucho espacio para disfrutar de unas vacaciones con estilo. Se encuentra en la columna de la mejor vista en el piso 12 con fabulosas puestas de sol para que disfrutes desde tu balcón.

Great views from condo. Condo could use some updating. Construction on pool was a bummer. This made the grills unavailable. Which I discovered after purchasing of steaks.

Condo was run down and outdated. For the cost I didn’t expect to have peeling ceilings, peeling paint on cabinets and the beds were horribly uncomfortable and very old.

Worst mattresses !

The mattresses were like sleeping on a piece of cardboard. The rest of the condo was ok, but not great. Over the years we have stayed at much nicer properties at Sandestin. Would not book this property again.

Awesome Views

We stayed here for spring break. We have a family of five and everything was great. The views were fantastic. Location was awesome being right on the beach. Pool was perfect for the kids when they were not at the beach. The kids also got a lot of use out of the basketball courts that are on the property too. Having the golf cart to use was a plus. The lights did not work on the cart, but once we contacted the management company they brought over a new golf cart right away. Would definitely come back to this same place and would highly recommend.

2022 Family Vacay

We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo was exactly as it appears in the pictures! We have been coming to Sandestin for years, but this was the first year we were able to get a golf cart with our condo! This was a game changer!! There were only 2 negative things about this condo… more comfortable mattresses needed and room darkening curtains for bedrooms! Overall, our experience was wonderful and we would definitely come back!! I’m telling you, condos with golf carts are a huge game changer!! 😎

The TOPSL management offered a full refund IF we found another rental in Destin. By the good lords grace, the rental at Beachside 2 was the ONLY available in the entire area. Angela was fairly new and inexperienced. She managed to get us into this WONDERFUL condo last minute. The condo was clean, beautiful & spacious. The view from the condo was stunning. I highly recommend this rental service and this particular unit.

Was really a nice place. But.....the golf cart is horrible. It’s very old, shakes, makes noise, hard to turn and lights are very dim. This thing should have been retired 15 years ago. Loved the condo, but a lot of what we like to do is go out at night and it didn’t feel very safe. We visit often and would probably book the condo again but not until the golf cart is upgraded.

This condo overall was the nicest we have stayed in. The beds are comfortable which is super important. It had a brand new pull out sofa sleeper. It was beautifully decorated. They give you a more than sufficient amount of towels and it has a full size washer and dryer to use. The kitchen has everything anyone would need if they do alot of their own cooking while there. It has a full size Keurig and a separate coffee maker if you prefer that. Beautfully decorated and a great view of the gulf. Only complaint is the water pressure is super high and cannot be adjusted but some folks would love that.

Disappointed. Location beautiful. Condo run down.

Unfortunately I should had asked how old the pictures were for this listing. Very run down. Looks as if it has not been maintenanced in 15 years. Beat up doors, walls, rusted leaking showers . Stained old carpets .Only had two clothes hangers in one closet none other in entire condo. When we asked if there was any never received response. Location was the only current true picture on website. Ocean gorgeous. The overall complex is very old and was heavily populated. Beach front was packed with people as if you could hardly walk . Long waits for elevators that had no a/c working in either elevator. Unfortunately this was our first trip to Destin if the ocean would not had been so beautiful we would not ever come back. But one thing for sure we would not book this condo or any other from this resort unless a huge remodel and or maintenance of condo was guaranteed and would never book for that week again. Definitely would have to be off season.

The golf cart was one of our deciding factors in choosing this property and I'm glad we did. You are able to access the Baytown Warf using the tunnel that crosses under highway 98 and more shopping and food areas close by with it. We have been visiting the Destin area for the past 6 years and this is one of our favorite locations yet.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at 4321 Beachside Two was fabulous. The condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. Was happy to find a Keurig, cutting boards, pots, pans, wine glasses, and even Tupperware so we could take lunch to the beach. The only thing missing were clothes hangers. We had 1 in each bdrm. The view was glorious. We enjoyed our own happy hour on the balcony each day. The golf cart took our vacation up several notches. We had some minor difficulties with Platinum Vacations such as: Not getting the gate code in advance to enter the condo parking lot, unable to download the Hospitality app; and not being able to speak to a Platinum staff member. No one is available after 5pm or weekends, but they did have an afterhour answering service if you had an emergency. Perhaps the app would have provided more info, but we couldn't access it. Our air conditioner went out on our last morning (Sunday) and I left a message. There was not an opportunity to speak to anyone. Platinum did do a good job with the online paperwork and was efficient providing good check out instructions.
