Non-smoking, no pets, approximately 1050 square feet (not including the balcony) and professionally decorated for comfort with a fabulous gulf view from living area and balcony. Intimate setting with only 64 units.

Beach service included. The use of two complimentary chaise lounges and umbrella every day during season at the beach! A short, five minute walk to private beach access with beach buggy provided to carry all your necessary beach day comforts!

Fabulous, 4000 square-foot, zero-entry pool with mushroom fountain and play area; heated adult pool and a separate heated spa. Poolside cabana bathrooms. Surrounding grass and paver area is fenced for your privacy and filled with resort furniture, gazebos, grills and picnic eating areas in a lush, tropical setting.

Corian counter tops and tile floors in all living areas. Ceiling fans in living room and master bedrooom. Master bedroom has king-size bed, TV and private bath. Bunk room has twin bunks, closet with TV and separate bath. Stacked washer and dryer.

Amazing Stay

I stay every year in Beach Resort and this unit was great. Exactly as listed and very clean. Love the doors on the bunk room and the custom made bed. The mattress in the King room was amazing and the kitchen had everything you could need. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Beach Spot for Family

This was our first beach trip with our 6-month-old baby and the space was perfect! The location was perfect and the space was amazing. Everything was very clean and gave us the perfect amount of space for our little family. I was telling my husband this would be the perfect set up even as she gets older. The beach was a short walk from the condo and loved having access to the chairs + umbrella so we didn't have to tote as much stuff with the baby.

Perfect Vacation

We enjoyed our stay so much at Beach Resort. The condo was perfect, clean and well stocked. My kids loved the bunks! The extra touches and thoughtfulness that went into providing a great experience for guests in this unit were so nice from the extra blankets to the beach towels and cart. The grounds at this location are wonderful with an amazing resort style pool that my kids enjoyed swimming in every day! The beach was just a short walk and my kiddos loved the ice cream truck that came by each day we were on the beach. We will definitely be coming back!

Very clean and lots of room

We have been staying in Miramar Beach for the last 3 years ( twice each year). This would be at the top of our list of places to stay. Very clean, kitchen has everything you could need . There was no noise at all from the people above. The balcony has great furniture. The parking garage is a bonus. We even had a golf cart in there. Bunk beds and pull out couch were both comfortable. Can't say enough about the pool, so much fun. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Family Vacation

This was our second time staying at Sheila's beautiful property. It is very clean, spacious and welcoming and has everything needed for a great family vacation. The beach is a very short walk away and the pool is one of the best in the area! We always feel safe there and the parking is in the building which is very convenient. We highly recommend this property for your next Florida beach vacation!

Beach Resort is is a nice small complex in a very convenient area of Destin with excellent amenities. The resort style pool and grounds are beautiful and the short walk to the beach with private access and beach set up is great!

Family Fun

What a nice location!! This condo was perfect for my husband and I along with our teenagers and their friends. The walk to the beach was not too far and the pool by far exceeded our expectations. We spent many days just floating poolside and hanging out. The condo did come with complimentary beach chairs and they even had extra chairs and beach items so we didn’t have to buy! We did leave a cup pong beach game for the next family to enjoy. We will definitely be back, thanks for the awesome memories.

4th time visiting Beach Resort with the family, but this time in a different condo. We love Beach Resort! And this condo was absolutely perfect! I loved how the bunk room had sliding barn doors to add privacy. Another bonus, was parking in the garage, as well as the beach buggy we used daily! We will be definitely be back! Highly recommend this for your family stay!

Great vacation!

Sheila and her daughter were very friendly and helpful. Condo is as pictured. Very clean and nice updated furniture. This is a small condo complex across the street from the beach with a beautiful pool area. The street is busy but the condo is quiet. The private gate to the beach is maybe a block away. Not a bad walk even for us old folks. Lol! And there are plenty of good restaurants in the area including one with outdoor seating just 2 doors down. We would definitely rent this condo again if we are in the area.
