Great Vacation Spot

Our 2nd stay in area, great spot. Condo was exactly as advertised, will return. Ocean Reef check in and check out process was exceptional

Great Family Vacation

We arrived early and were able to check in early with no problem. The condo was just as the photos shown on the website! Check-out was easy as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful View of the gulf from the 18TH Floor

Very nice 18th floor condo. Walking distance to beautiful gulf beach. Nice surrounding area good restaurants, grocery stores family friendly.

Love Ariel Dunes!

This is the second time we have stayed, at the Ariel Dunes II. We Absolutely Love it! She’s trying walk to the beach and several restaurants. Laser tag and arcade is walking distance too! Two great coffee places nearby, as well. The building is beautiful and clean, with amazing views. Pools are great!

The best hotel!

Honestly, this was the best place my family and I have ever stayed! The beach was just a walking distance that made it easier for us! I wished the price was a tad cheaper otherwise we would’ve stayed longer. The only downside was that the balcony lights were not working for us. But other than that, we would definitely recommend and come back next time! Thank you for everything! :)

Good place but housekeepers are thieves

We had a great stay here as far as location went. Location to the beach is amazing. We were given no extra rolls of toilet paper or paper towels. The water wasn’t working the first day to due to a water leak. Upon checkout our son left his AirPods in one of the rooms. We messaged the property and they said they couldn’t find them.We kept asking as the AirPods were still showing in the room. Finally the property answered and said they shipped the AirPods to our house. We waited two weeks and they didn’t show. AirPods are now showing as being used in Alabama. Bunch of thieves. Talk about terrible customer service. We will not stay here again due to that alone.

No running water

No running water the first day and the next morning. Repeatedly called and was told that there was a sensor that was tripped and they would turn back on remotely. Waited hours for some one to come. Was told that it was just a button in the closet that needed to be pushed in when someone did show up. No showers or ability to use the restroom from checkin in til the next morning. This situation Was not handled properly. 7 people in one house with no amenities was very inconvenient.

Amazing place!

Very clean and spacious. Fit 11 adults comfortably. Nice, huge pools and across the street from the beach. We loved it!
