When you pull into the captains quarters there will be 3 free parking at the front door just for your use. When entering you will notice a newly remodeled, fully loaded open kitchen, to your right is a laundry room for your use with iron & ironing board, to the right of that is a spacious full bathroom. You then will walk into a spacious living room with a HD tv and plenty of seating and a pull out bed, also a dining room table. Then you walk out the sliding glass doors to the back porch to find another dining table and chairs and plenty of beach toys, folding chairs and a WAGON that is perfect for the beach. You then will see the BBQ grill, courtyard and fenced community pool with tons of lounging chairs and covered area with table and chairs. When finding yourself back inside you’ll go up stairs and to the left you’ll come to the first bedroom with two sets of bunk beds with a night stand and wardrobe. The next bedroom to your right is a master bedroom with a KING size bed, HD tv, mini refrigerator and microwave, also a screened in balcony with seating and a view of the courtyard and pool. In the bathroom you will see a Jack and Jill sinks and a walk in closet, and a shower and toilet. You will also find a set of stairs that leads to a loft with a queen bed. Down the hall and to the right you see another full bath before coming to the last KING suite with a flat screen tv. This spacious 3-bedroom 3 bath townhome offers plenty of space with a total of 8 beds throughout the home! This beach house getaway also has Wi-Fi and cable that is included in your stay. Along with the homey amenities at the residence, you can enjoy the beach, stores, and food and many more just minutes away from your stay!

ALWAYS A BLAST

We always stay at this location. We absolutely adore the condo, the location, the community pool, and the seemingly quiet neighborhood that's so close to the beach. The only real issue I have with this last stay was the lack of dish towels and wash cloths. I'm not sure what the thinking behind that choice is, but I didn't go on vacation to bring my entire house with me. As far as deal-breakers. that isn't even close to being one. We will definitely be booking again, so long as we are going to visit Destin.

Family Spring Break

The house and location were as described. There was plenty of seating in the living room and in the eating areas. The beds were super comfortable. The location was quiet and a short walk to the beach down the street. There were also beach chairs, toys, wagon and cooler available to use. We would stay here again.

Great Price for the Amount of People

Overall property was great stay. The house is really big for the max people it could hold. We didn’t feel cluttered at all. The price was very affordable too. I would stay again if the price stays somewhat the same. It has many kitchen utensils, which is great for cooking. One flaw was that the peak of the sun faces the back of the house making it really hot downstairs and hot in the master bed. Even with the windows closed and curtains shut, the house would stay at 77-79 most of the day. At 100 degree weather that is really hot inside. One last flaw was that the restroom upstairs had a urine smell that I could not remove. I washed the mat and the curtains, sprayed and cleaned the toilet, and could not remove the smell. Other than that I think it was a good place to stay and the walk to the beach was not far at all.

The property was nice and roomy just like was pictured. The pool was just outside the back porch which was great for the kiddos to swim. Everything was clean. The beach was a little further than I expected at 3/10 of a mile or approx 1700 feet. 😛Otherwise everything was excellent.

Home away from home

Property was located on the back side of the square making it very quiet with little traffic. Neighbors were very friendly. Not a bad walk to the beach but there are no sidewalks on the street leading to the beach so you either walk in yards or let cars dodge you. Easy access to main highway. Lots of room. Will definitely stay here again.

A delightful week free of worries!

This home was very clean, close to the beach and in a quieter neighborhood than most. This is a single dwelling while those around are connected. It made for more privacy. The pool was very accessible and the host left plenty of items to take to the beach if you needed them. We connected with the host and they were very kind and amenable. The kitchen was well equiped for our needs. I can't imagine a better experience!

This was a very nice, clean and spacious rental property! Very close to the beach within walking distance and great amenities! Only one word can describe my stay……AMAZING!

Check in was super easy. Upon arrival the kids were amazed and kept saying how beautiful the house was. I do have to say the house was more than I was expecting. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed to cook our meals. The rooms were amazing. Over all the house was super clean and equipped well. And the best part for the kids was how close the pool was and it was super clean and not packed like a hotel’s pool usually are. We also loved the fact that the house was at walking distance from the beach and saved us the time of having to find a parking spot. I will definitely stay here again next year and recommend the house to family and friends.

Weekend trip to Destin

I needed to house big enough to sleep 9. This house had plenty of room! The kitchen was a decent size and was fully stocked. The pool was clean and relaxing. There is not a place to park your boat and trailer so we had to rent a space at a dry storage place right down the road. Over all the house was what we expected and served its purpose. Brittany was the one who got us checked in and was very helpful. She texted to make sure we got in the house okay. She even texted the following day to make sure we were having a good time even though it was a rainy afternoon. She went above and beyond and I appreciate that. The only complaint I have would be that the ac does not go below 70 and summer in Florida is HOT especially when your trying to sleep.

This property is beautiful, spacious and extremely clean! The location is so perfect! Close to everything and the beach! We loved the layout of the property and the proximity of the pool was perfect for shuffling small children back and forth to the pool! We had a blast and will be back!

Beautiful beach rental

Stayed here for a friend’s 40th. The house was spacious, comfortable and clean. It was also close to the beach (5-minute walk) and the property manager (Breathe Easy) was great to deal with. Would come back for sure!

My family and I traveled from Texas, after a long drive we arrived to the property and let me just say the kids excitement to see where we would be staying the next couple of days was priceless! The home was just as pictured and advertised, it was clean and beautiful. The property had literally everything you need for a comfortable stay! From laundry soap to gas grill, lawn chairs, kitchen appliances, ironing board and more! The property was well equipped for our 4night stay. Location was also a plus walking distance from the beach, we preferred to drive but you can definitely walk to the beach. Although we traveled with kids we also recommend this property for adult only trip as well, which we are planning our next stay now. Communication with property manager was also very easy who would check in via text to make sure my family and I were ok. Awesome Family Vacation!

cozy place to relax with your family.

The property is not very clean. Lots of dust under beds, armchairs and sofas. Even in the bedroom, someone's socks are under the dressing table. There are a lot of large cockroaches that crawl out of the vents. It's hard to figure out where the removable bedding is. In particular, they were missing on some beds.
