Two 3x3 holes in pull out blanket, coffee maker didn’t work, no body wash, didn’t know we were going to have to pay for parking, room was not clean, found nail polish bottle under bed, hair balls on floor. When arrived only 2 towels in room for 6 people, no pool towels after asking twice, had to run to second floor dripping wet, pool was cloudy and salty, hot tub broke, snot balls on wall by bed, all ellipticals in fitness rooms were broke.

Heater fan was extremely noisy, mold on ceiling in hallways, bathroom vent extremely dirty, hot tub not working. Advertised online in glamorous fashion but it’s a poorly remodeled old hotel that is dilapidated. Advertised as hot breakfast which is an overpriced Starbucks with limited options. Can hear everything in halls like it’s next to you with cheap vinyl flooring and thin walls. Extra pillows and blankets are very limited to impossible to get. Have to pay to park but not notified until after checkin. And parking is expensive at $10 for registered guests

The pool was extremely dirty cloudy and floating particles i didnt even swim. The site says free breakfast and there wasnt so i checked out at 6am my daughter woke up with 3 bug bites swollen and red. When i checked out the staff told me to have a good night at 6am!! I think they were drunk. Also was told my deposit would be released after i checked out and didnt get it! This is a hotel that is targeted for families and it was disgusting. Absolutely wont recommend again or stay at again this hotel has potential if their staff actaully took care of it. 0 out of 10.

I don’t think they clean the room well because I found socks, a toy and a bottle cap on the floor from previous guests. The towel bar was missing in the bathroom and there was not any drinking glasses in the room. For the price I don’t expect luxury but I expect cleanness. Also it would be nice to have staff inform guests that they do not clean rooms unless the guest calls early in the morning.

I am absolutely furious about what happened to my family during what was supposed to be our first family trip. We traveled from Illinois expecting a safe place to stay, and instead experienced a complete nightmare because of this hotel’s failure to protect its guests. On the night of February 13th, around midnight, I woke up to discover that a man was INSIDE our hotel room while my wife and our two young sons were sleeping. I began screaming because there was a complete stranger in the room where my children were sleeping. No father should ever have to wake up to that kind of terror. This is an unforgivable security failure. A hotel should be a place where families feel protected, not a place where strangers can gain access to occupied rooms in the middle of the night. We felt completely unsafe, violated, and abandoned by the hotel’s lack of security and response. This wasn’t just a ruined trip—it was traumatic. It destroyed our Valentine’s Day weekend and left my wife and children shaken and afraid. We checked out early because there was absolutely no way I was keeping my family in a building where someone was able to enter our room unnoticed. I would never recommend this hotel to families or anyone who values their safety. Management needs to explain how something this dangerous was even possible and take serious action to make sure it never happens again. Until then, this hotel is not safe. Our trust is gone, and the emotional impact of this experience will stay withus

Front desk lady was rude told me she can't accept my debit card because it was considered pre paid even the it's literally a nationally recognized fdic BANK hooked to a checkings account like any other bank in the world. Pool was filthy and unkept and the place has hidden fees for parking that they don't disclose at booking

Staff was very helpful and courteous. The shuttle service was also very helpful in getting us to and from. The room was clean enough; it just needs a little updating. USB and C charging capability would be a great help.

The room was nice and the hotel was very clean. I was not aware that I had to pay an additional $10 per day to park my car there as there was nothing explaining that the park, sleep and fly rate was already what I had purchased. Coming home tried calling the hotel a number of times to get picked up by their shuttle and had to find other transportation as we could not get ahold of anyone to pick us up.
