St. Paul, and surrounding area adventures. 2 large smart TVs in common living areas equipped with Sling TV and the option to stream your subscriptions via our fast fiber optic internet. Theatre life? I am located just 1 mile away from Ames Center. Shopping? Just 15 minutes from Mall of America. Minnesota Vikings, Timberwolves, Twins, or Lynx game? Under 30 mins away. Buck Hill? 4 miles away. 2 car garage, driveway & ample driveway parking is included. No parking permitted in front of neighbor's homes. No exceptions!

The space

My home has 3 spacious levels. Two bedrooms, a full bath, kitchen, and living room all on the main level! Huge benefit for those who may struggle with stairs.

Blackout curtains in all bedrooms for all you sleepers who prefer the dark :)

Ample parking for approximately 9-10 vehicles depending on the size.

The home is great for gathering with large groups but is NOT great for "partying" as the residential neighborhood is quiet, relaxing, and full of nature. Strict quiet hours are 10p-7a daily per City of Burnsville Law. Should my neighbors or law enforcement have to call me regarding a noise complaint there will be a $300 damage charge taken from your security deposit. I certainly want you to enjoy your vacation and enjoy peace and quiet as I expect the same courtesy is given to my neighbors so I can continue to offer this home for others to enjoy.

When making your reservation request, please be aware that the number of guests you register when booking is the maximum that will be allowed on property, this can be updated prior to your stay. Please make sure to include the number of guests who may just be stopping by even if they are NOT staying overnight. Although the home sleeps 17 comfortably (plus an additional 4 with two queen sized air mattresses), you may have up to 22 guests at the house. If more guests are present than disclosed, your reservation may be cancelled without refund or notice.

I do have security cameras located on the outside of the property only to protect both you and my property. There are no cameras inside or facing the inside of the home.

Baby tub, high chair, pack-n-play, and toddler dishes are also included with your stay. Keypad entry for the front door. Full access to garage is included as well.

The kitchen is fully stocked including pots & pans, cooking utensils, plates, glassware, coffee maker, cups, wine glasses, silverware, etc. Complimentary access to washer and dryer is also included.

In the basement is a queen sized bedroom and half bath. The main level has one king sized bedroom with en suite full bathroom. Main level also includes a queen sized bedroom with a bathroom right outside the room (easy access from the main hall and is shared with the king bed en suite) The upper level has a 2 twin beds and 1 full bed in 1 room, 1 king bed in 1 room, and 2 full beds and 1 twin in 1 room in the last upstairs bedroom. A full bathroom including shower and tub is also located on the upper level for these 3 bedrooms to share. Two queen sized air mattresses sleep 4.

Fireplace is not to be used by guest under any circumstances.

I supply a start up supply of toiletries, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, coffee, creamer, tea, and sugar......however you will need to purchase more for the remainder of your stay.
