Welcome to our beautiful home, perfect for gatherings of families and groups of friends. Well-stocked kitchen for delicious meals. Six smart TVs throughout the home. Game room features a pool table, foosball, ping pong, darts, and an arcade. Cozy theatre room in basement with popcorn machine. Private studio apartment with separate entrance includes a queen bed, sofa pull-out bed, and kitchenette. Enjoy some time in nature with backyard activities, a grill and a fire pit.

Our home is located in a quiet, peaceful, residential neighborhood and we have a great relationship with our neighbors. We do not allow events or parties of any kind. We have security cameras at the entrances to the home and will not hesitate to cancel your reservation if you violate this policy. Any calls from the neighbors about disturbances, unruly parties, or excessive noise levels will also lead to calling local authorities and immediate cancellation of your reservation.

Very clean

I was very impressed on how clean everything was, it smelled amazing too, the sofas are all vacuumed, and the decor is adorable. One thing was that the throw blankets don’t seem like they’re washed after each stay, they had a smell and texture to them. The oven didn’t cook our papa Murphy pizzas evenly. A plane crash happened to the neighboring house directly next door which made the visit slightly intense, no fault to the owner on that, it didn’t seem to effect the house much. We just weren’t able to use the outdoor amenities unfortunately.It’s also pretty obvious she uses AI to communicate. Nice big house. We enjoyed the game room. There were some complaints that some of the beds and pillows were uncomfortable. But everything is displayed really nicely. Good amount of bathrooms! Movie theatre room is awesome! Very accommodating place.

A large group of us who have been friends for nearly 30 years find somewhere fun to go to thats large enough to accommodate our big group. Highly recommend the You Betcha! So cozy, it felt like home and we didn't even want to leave the house.

Such a memorable stay!

We really enjoyed our Christmas holiday at this home! The kitchen was extremely well stocked, the space has been redesigned beautifully, and hosts communicated very often. We had an oversight in the beginning and hosts were more than accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!
