The backyard provides space to enjoy fresh air and relax outside. A pool is located on the property but due to Minnesota state law, is not available for guest use.

- Smoke-Free Space - Please keep the indoors fresh for everyone. No smoking inside. A $300 cleaning fee applies if smoking is detected.
- No Parties or Events - You’re welcome to invite day visitors and enjoy small get-togethers during your stay. Please keep things respectful. Large parties, events, or activities that cause extra mess, damage, or disturb the neighbors are not allowed.
- Guest List - For everyone’s safety and comfort, only registered guests are allowed unless we’ve chatted and approved otherwise.
- Quiet Hours - Please keep noise to a minimum from 10 PM to 8 AM so everyone, including the neighbors, can relax.
- Pet-Friendly - We happily welcome up to two well-behaved pets. The fee is $100 per pet, per stay. The second pet fee will be billed separately.
- Pet Cleanup - Please clean up after your pets both inside and outside. Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees.
- Security - 2 exterior cameras are located at the front door and garage door entrance for security. No cameras are located inside the home.
