Staff was great. Room needs some work….Bathroom had mold on base and around tub as well as on the ceiling. Bathroom needs some sort of exhaust fan. Room didn’t exactly look like pictures. Tile around the pool that isn’t in water needs to be cleaned.

they told me at checkin that they do not have wifi. it has been broken for several weeks. this resulted in me having to book a different hotel. i am awaiting my refund and am very worried as i have had bad experience with expedia pretending they never got the refund. i am very frustrated with expedia/hotels.com customer service. i will not be using you again if i do not get refund for a incorrect description of the hotel. i booked it as you have indicated it has wifi. yet it did not

The people in the room across the hall were fighting and hollering from around 930pm-2am before staff finally came upstairs. It was about 215am when the police knocked on the room door - no one answered so they just left The hollering and fighting started again about 10 minutes later.

Well 5 days no internet (little reimbursement for that would be nice), phone didn’t work to call front desk, towel rack half off wall, one light didn’t work, picture had been broken so glass still in it and worst of all bathroom sink backed up all the time and junk in drain would float out to sink can you say GROSS!
