Brand new, pet, baby friendly home with a 1+ fenced-in acre lawn, is a 2-minute drive to the Cove at Lake Anna (restaurant + bar with live music in the summer), and my private boat slip. It offers an office, fire pit, and deck (grill), along with games such as ping pong, foosball, and corn hole, ideal for any family getaway, couple’s retreat, or time with friends. Have a cookout and utilize the fire pit; rent a boat or go swimming; or reserve time to have the much needed tranquil space to work. All new, Smart TV's.

Open concept 1st floor with office, dining room, living room and half bath. The home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths in total. All bedrooms are on the top floor; three rooms have king size beds, one has two queen beds, and both bathrooms have double vanities. The office is secluded in the corner of the house with French doors. There is also a brand new deck and grill, along with a fire-pit in the backyard. Everything is brand new!
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

One of the nicest VRBOs I’ve stayed in!

Perfect stay for our family and dog!

My family and I had a great stay at the house for a triathlon weekend at Lake Anna State Park. The house was clean and comfortable with just the right amount of space for our group. We had everything we needed. They even provided a high chair which was perfect for our 7 month old and dog bed for our pup that was with us!

Beautiful home

The home was very clean and very beautiful. Everything was brand new. The fenced in yard was wonderful for our pups. It was a bit farther to Lake Anna than expected but it worked out. Would definitely recommend for a family get away!

We had such a wonderful time in this lovely home! We were a party of 8 and accommodations were very. Even our 2 dogs we have had a great time, to include their own beds. I would highly recommend this home! Slater and the house manager were wonderful!

Beautiful house, hoping to do it again next year!

Initially, there was a hiccup with check in, but it all worked out and we were happy with the resolution. The house is the most peaceful house I've ever stayed in. Beautifully decorated, perfectly equipped, bedrooms were wonderful... couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Owner was very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend this house!

Brand new comfortable home

Our group came down for a weekend of racing at Lake Anna State Park. The house is new with very comfortable furnishings. We wish we had more time enjoy the house and the surroundings.
