Badly in need of maintainance/renovation
Did not live upto expected standard (safety & condition): kitchen falling apart,rusty bath (potential to cut), exposed wiring, ceiling lights (X2) appeared to be falling down
Almost all internal walls had major cracks running through them
Not fully availiable until 2 hours past check in time (accepting we were a late booking, but it should still be availiable at the stated check in time)
No welcome pack, not even a bottle of water,only 1 toilet roll for two bathrooms provided, no bin bags, no washing up liquid, no dishwasher tablets (later provided)
Mouldy shower curtains & bath safety mats( these were replaced), no bowls (then provided), international TV not availiable for first 3 days
Outside area and sitting room was very good
Tranquil setting with lovely view
Owner dismissive/in denial about property condition, more focussed on prior expenditure on outside furniture and beds - all part of owning/renting out a villa
VRBO ineffectual
