This is a stylish two bedroom apartment situated in the hills above Calahonda within walking distance of some local restaurants and bars and close to La Siesta Golf Course and Tennis Club del Sol. You enter the property into a spacious lounge and dining area which has windows enveloping the room. It is furnished with two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and sideboard, free fibre optic WI-FI, an IPod dock, Apple TV and a wall mounted LED smart television which offers channels in various languages. The dining area is furnished with a glass top dining table and four dining chairs. A breakfast bar with two bar stools separates the fully equipped and modern kitchenette from the lounge and there is also a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. The lounge opens on to a covered terrace with a dining table and chairs, two sun loungers with a small table from here you can relax and enjoy the fabulous views across the area and out across the Mediterranean Sea. To the rear of the apartment is the master bedroom furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables with lamps and a safe in the fitted wardrobes, this bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower within the bath. The guest bedroom is furnished with twin beds, a bedside table and lamp and enjoys an en-suite shower room. The apartment has air conditioning and heating and is situated in a beautiful complex with tropical gardens and water features and two communal pools.

This apartment is amazing! Modern, stylish interior and the breath taking view. The kitchen is well equipped even for family cooking. Facilities are clean, well maintained. We really enjoyed the neighbourhood, proximity to golf course and the beach makes it ideal location. Communication with the owner was smooth and all went as planned. Really enjoyed the stay.

Las mejores vistas sobre el mar

El apartamento es estupendo tal y como aparece en las fotos . La piscina es un plus, un gustazo al regresar de la playa o si decides quedarte sin pisar arena. El balcón te permite unos desayunos y cenas de lujo. Cerca de la playa de Cabopino que es una de las mejores de la zona. Gracias Eva por tu ayuda.
