As you step into the apartment, you’re welcomed by a spacious and inviting living room, designed for both relaxation and socializing. The cozy sofa area faces a large Smart TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The dining area comfortably seats up to 8 people, making it ideal for family meals or entertaining friends.



Further in, you’ll find a newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and everything else you might need to enjoy your holiday.



Stepping out from the living room, you’re greeted by a large terrace spread across two levels. Downstairs, you’ll find a charming dining area, sun loungers, and a cozy lounge corner—perfect for outdoor meals or relaxing in the sun. Upstairs, there’s another dining area, a lounge space, and sunshine from morning until evening, offering the perfect spot to unwind or entertain.



The apartment features 3 bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, and blackout blinds, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. There are also 2 modern bathrooms for added convenience.



The apartment is fully equipped with A/C in all rooms, a dishwasher, washing machine, and free parking on-site. It’s worth noting that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor, and there is no lift.

The Neighborhood:

Balcones de Chaparral in El Faro is a residential neighborhood on the Costa del Sol, ideally located between La Cala de Mijas and Fuengirola. The area is known for its sea views, well-kept communities, and relaxed atmosphere. Within a short drive, you’ll find beautiful beaches, beach clubs, restaurants, supermarkets, and golf courses, while Málaga Airport is only about 25–30 minutes away. It’s a perfect base for guests looking for a quiet stay close to the coast but with easy access to lively towns and local amenities.

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.
