The property was as listed. The weather was not as warm as we would have liked but the heater worked flawlessly. Kitchen was well equipped and it was nice having cleaning supplies so we didn't have to buy them.Colm was very easy to deal with and kept in touch throughout our stay. The only issue for us was no dryer but we had clotheslines and a drying rack. The area is awesome and very easy walk to grocery store, restaurants and town. Loved the area

Colm is a fantastic host, very responsive to messages and provides lots of information about the house and surrounding area. Airport transfers can be arranged and the driver brings the key for the house - perfect for us as we arrived at midnight! The house is very homely with everything you could need, clean and well presented (the bedding and towels smell divine!) Outside space is limited but the pool area is a short walk away through a beautiful little complex of similar houses and loungers are provided to take with you. There is parking outside the house if you hire a car and a 10 minute walk into La Cala for bars. restaurants and supermarkets. Colm also allowed us a late check out as he had a gap between bookings, which was much appreciated. Highly recommend this property, we had the perfect week away.

Nice and cosy house. Place is enough for 6 people. One room with a two persons bed. And a room with a two one persons bed. Also a nice living room with a foldable two persons bed. We stayed with three people, two adults and a child. Both of the sleeping rooms had airco, which was very nice in the end of august. You got a patio where you can sit, a bbq, also the second bathroom is there. In one of the sleeping rooms you have acces to a balcony where you can easily sit with two or three people. You can park your car in front of the house what is very nice for groceries and everything else. You got a shared pool area what was private, only people with a key got acces to it. Beach on walk distance, 15 minutes. Same distance you can get a drink, get some food or buy stuff for the beach, bakery, tattoo shop, coffee. Very cute town with a lot of places to eat. And most of them serve good food. We had a lovely stay.

Lovely Andalusian House
This is a lovely little Andalusian house in a nice quiet residential area and was great value for money. We really enjoyed our stay there. Very close to the beach and a short walk into La Cala which is a quaint bustling small town with lots of amenities and a lovely beach. There is an excellent bus service from La Cala that will take you to Fuengirola or Marbella very cheaply. For walkers, the beach board-walk is amazing and goes for miles. The house was basic but comfortable and the ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room were fantastic especially for people like me who hate air conditioning! We would very happily stay there again.

Perfect family villa and location.
We recently stayed in this beautiful villa, it was perfect for our family of 5. The villa was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was great, with a bar and pool on the complex and a local shop nearby. We were within walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants (recommend the Indian) and the beach which was fantastic. The outdoor bathroom was a bonus and the host was very attentive and communicated with us throughout our stay. We couldn't have asked for more, it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this villa for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Nice place to have a relaxing holidays
We were going to a festival that was hosted in Cala Mijas, so we wanted a place to stay near there. The location was good, a quite neighbourhood were you can rest when you want and spend some time in the pool and the bars/restaurants of the zone.
We arrived in the afternoon and we picked the keys easily following the instructions that were given to us. The house was nice and perfect for people that were staying. The only thing that we didn't like is that the cleaning prior to our arrive could've been better, per example some towels were dirty and not taken care of, but apart from that detail the rest was good.
The kitchen was well equipped, the TV and the roof ventilators worked well, and the bedrooms were nice. We were adverted that the bathrooms could get clogged, but we didn't have any incidents of that sort in our stay.
TL;DR: nice place to stay, and good price-quality ratio given the zone you're staying in.
