Welcome to this wonderful townhouse located in the Urbanization Hacienda Del Golf in Torrenueva.
Torrenueva is a charming and peaceful residential area located just outside La Cala de Mijas, a popular coastal town on the Costa del Sol. Known for its laid-back atmosphere and stunning Mediterranean views, Torrenueva offers a perfect blend of relaxation and accessibility.
The Space:
As you step into the townhouse you will be greeted by the fully equipped and open kitchen to the right with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and WC with washing machine. Further on from the kitchen into the social living room with a dining area to the right, next to the fireplace, relaxation corner with smart TV to the left in comfortable armchairs and sofa. The terrace with the lovely view of the pool, sea and palm trees is in a south facing position with sun from morning to late afternoon, there is a lounge area and a lovely dining area also here.
All 3 bedrooms are upstairs where one of the bedrooms has a double bed, private balcony and a private ensuite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each as well as a bathroom in the corridor between them.
The townhouse is otherwise fully equipped with WIFI, A / C in all rooms, dishwasher and washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, parking, all year round open pool and much more.
The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.
To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!
The Neighborhood:
La Cala de Mijas is a small coastal town known for its history all the way back to the 16th century when the Berber attacked the coast, the symbolic towers still stand today, one of which you find at the pool area to the apartment (see the pictures)

Townhouse was a nice size, but needing updating. Some lights had no shades, wardrobe doors would not close, didn’t appear to be proper mattress, limited crockery selection

Sehr schöne Wohnung -hervorragende Anlage
Tolle gepflegte Ferienanlage allerdings muss man sich mit der Schnellstraße die direkt vor dem Grundstück liegt arrangieren - es ist vor allem am Spätnachmittag ziemlicher Verkehrslärm. Ansonsten tolle Lage nicht weit vom Strand besonders zu empfehlen ist Andya Beach in Cabopino die in 10 min. mit dem Auto erreichbar ist.

Appartement propre, sauf les vitres. A notre arrivée le lave-vaisselle ne marchait pas. La télévision ne reçoit pas les chaînes sauf netflix alors que l'annonce stipulait cable ou satellite. Nous avons baissé le store de la terrasse mais ne pouvions pas le remonter.Il n'a été réparé que plusieurs jours plus tard malgré plusieurs appels. Le jardin est bien entretenu et la vue est belle mais nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse à cause de la proximité de l'autoroute. ( bruit et pollution). Très dommage.
