Escape to this beautifully renovated villa in the peaceful residential area of Calahonda, just 10 minutes from Marbella and 5 minutes by car (20 minutes on foot) from the nearest sandy beach.



Designed for families and groups, the villa combines modern comfort with Mediterranean outdoor living. Relax in the private pool surrounded by a mature garden, enjoy the sunny south-facing terrace, or unwind in the shaded front patio. Restaurants, supermarkets, beach clubs, golf courses and tennis clubs are all just a few minutes away.



The 160 m² villa accommodates up to 8 guests and features 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, including a large ground-floor bedroom ideal for guests with reduced mobility.



The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, premium coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The villa also offers free high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning throughout, central heating, washing machine, private parking, and bed linen and towels.

Thank you Reinier. It seems you had thought of everything in the villa. We wanted to do the laundry so there were capsules, run the dishwasher, there were tablets, sunscreen for the pool and even a yoga mat! Perfection. - can’t wait to come back!

We stayed as a group of friends and the house suited us well. The neighborhood felt safe, each bedroom had its own bathroom, and the gated entrance added an extra layer of security. Tulio, who welcomed us, was helpful and quick to provide additional wine glasses when we asked. There were a few small issues. The room for four lacked proper blinds, which made sleeping less comfortable. Some of the kitchen tools, like knives and frying pans, were quite worn. The pool could have used a cleaning during our stay, and we didn’t get a response from the main host during the visit—though communication before arrival was quick and clear. However, Tulio was available and assisted when needed. Overall, a very good stay for a group, with just a few areas that could be improved
