Beautiful apartment in Riviera del Sol

This lovely 2 bedroom 1st floor vacation apartment offers sea views and is located in a beautifully maintained complex with easy access to all local amenities. The beautiful landscaped communal gardens have a pool with sun loungers and showers. Within walking distance you can play a game of tennis, which also offers a restaurant, bar and gym. Just a few hundred more meters and you'll be at the supermarket and more restaurants. The complex is just 600 meters from the beach, allowing for beautiful walks along the promenade to La Cala de Mijas and beyond.

This compact but bright and airy apartment is stylishly furnished and decorated and offers a living / dining room with a kitchenette and an outdoor terrace. The lounge is furnished with a dining table and chairs, a TV and a comfortable sofa. The lounge leads to the southeast facing terrace with views of the urbanization to the sea. Costos adicionales deben estar claramente especificados desde el principio

El apartamento esta muy bien, forma parte de un conjunto residencial con la dinámica propia de vecinos. No están claramente establecidos desde el comienzo costos adicionales por persona, luego se establece un procedimiento de pago para los gastos adicionales que para nosotros resulto complejo, en especial frente a la exigencia inesperada de que los gastos adicionales debían ser cancelados para poder recibir la llave de la propiedad. El apartamento estaba muy bien equipado por el propietario y limpio.
