The hotel installations are beautiful, and the property itself is truly lovely. Unfortunately, the customer service could use improvement. Upon arrival, the bell staff remained standing while my husband had to begin unloading the luggage himself, and assistance was only offered after he asked. Additionally, I believe the team could be more attentive and courteous toward children. We recently stayed at another property where the warmth and care shown to our kids was exceptional, something that, as parents and guests, we value tremendously. With a higher level of service, this hotel could offer an outstanding overall experience.

This property is only 1 year old with a stunning Mountain View. The staff are helpful and accommodating. Our room was very spacious, clean, and a very comfy bed. We would definitely be returning any time soon.
