The studio features a comfortable double zip and link bed set up as a single bed by default or can be zipped together as a king size bed upon request.

Guests can enjoy 24/7 self-check-in, super-fast Wi-Fi and a Smart TV with Netflix included, as well as a dedicated desk space ideal for working from home.

The studio also offers a private en-suite shower room, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge freezer, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, cookware, tableware and utensils.

Fresh towels and bed linen are provided, along with a hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, iron and ironing board. A travel cot and high chair are available on request.

🅿️ Parking: Most street parking and nearby car parks are free from 6pm. If you require parking during the day, we recommend two car parks located just a 2-minute walk from the studio.

Jedburgh Street Car Park (35 Jedburgh Street, TS1 2HX) costs 80p for up to 2 hours, £1.30 for up to 4 hours or £2.30 for over 4 hours, and is free between 6pm–8am and all day Sunday.

MIMA Car Park (102 Grange Road, TS1 2BH) costs £1.30 per hour, is free between 6pm–8am, and costs £1.60 for all-day parking on Sundays.
