We stayed in a nice room, clean, plenty of space with a good strong shower - no bath. However to room could do with better lighting especially over the wardrobe area where the safe was - could hardly see the numbers! Also the only mirror was in the bathroom

Simple hotel - good place and good area

Hotel was clean, whole check-in was smooth and the receptionist answered all our questions. There is a bike rental option in hotel. Room was clean, but in my opinion it needs a little bit of refreshing (including bathroom as the shower was not as I was expecting). Breakfast was good - not much choice but there was a hot food (sausages, eggs, mushrooms etc) simple cold platter and plenty of pastries. Good choice of coffees and teas, will be back again.

Positives are that the staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. Especially in reception and in the restaurant. Nice menu - plenty of options. The terrace is nice. Comfortable double bed in the room and has a fridge which is useful. Would be better if smokers could be restricted to their own area on the terrace. Decor is quite dark in the hotel and the rooms. During the heatwave room was very hot. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Very nice hotel, and though decor in reception and restaurant is a bit dated, the rooms are clean and simple and comfortable. Great staff helped with inside secure storage for our bicycles and directions. Would gladly return.
