The property is wonderfully located for public transport. It is clean and welcoming. We stayed for 5 nights and would have welcomed a half-way cleaning and replenishment of tea-bags and coffee pods. This is definitely a self-catering apartment and has no hotel services to speak of.

Bravo!

Hard to fault either the room or the owners. Nice, large, clean, well equipped room. Convenient location for both the train station and the centre of Middelburg. The service was excellent and very friendly.

Really enjoyed my stay - the location is perfect and everything is well thought-out. Very comfortable bed, functioning wifi, bike storage, supermarket round the corner, friendly welcome and quiet at night. Hope to be back!

A fantastic hotel

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel. The location was perfect. The owner was very kind and helpful. The room was charming with a beach theme. It was clean, modern, spacious and had extras such as comfortable sitting chairs, a kitchen and a nice shower. We were on the 3rd floor and appreciated the elevator. There was secure storage for our bikes. We also appreciated that there was laundry available. This was our 15th hotel stay on this vacation and absolutely our favourite!!

Simply lovely

Nice en-suite apartment room, fully kitted out and right in the heart of the canal area. Lovely service and was nice to be able to cook my own food with my feet up and watch TV which had 100+ channels. Will use again.

A great deal, in a beautiful town

Superb furnishings – comfy chairs, a work table, excellent bed, plus kitchen – made this a great place to get some work done on computer and at the same time enjoy the city. Great markets, historical sites, and restaurants only a five-minute walk away.

This is a new set of apartments close to the railway station in Middelburg. The room was spacious, clean and airy. It was very well fitted out with cutlery and cooking implements and had a new Nespresso machine. The double bed was comfortable. There was secure storage for our bicycles and the owner was helpful and friendly. The apartment is very well placed to explore the lovely town of Middelburg.

Assumption was room was four people however on arrival we were told to pay extra for two people, which ended up costing an additional 60 euros. Be aware and specify - how many guests are staying to stop being charged additional money

Spacious apartment with great staff

One of the best places I’ve stayed in. A spacious, clean, well-designed and decorated place with good facilities close to train station, canals and in the historic part of Middelburg. The owners are extremely helpful and courteous and you feel like a very welcome guest. The gift of local apple juice was a nice touch.

Lovely, clean, bright room - well equipped without being luxurious. Everything worked as it should! Slight downside is that our room was at street level, with the pavement right outside the window.

Het was een heerlijke kamer met vriendelijke staf. De airco maakt veel lawaai en redde het niet met de 30 graden buiten. Die kon in de nacht niet aan blijven vanwege het geluid. De straat voor heb je wel last van uitgaanspubliek in de nacht. Het ontbijt is zeer goed verzorgd en de mensen zijn vriendelijk. De kamer is heel mooi en compleet.
