We had a great visit to Miami. The house was clean and well-maintained and is located in a lovely neighborhood! The back patio area is perfect for a quiet breakfast and/or getting a little work done on the laptop before the rest of the family wakes up.We were very close to Calle Ocho for all the sights and sounds, including a traditional Cuban breakfast at El Pub and ice cream at Azucar. It's a short walk to Bryan Park for some morning exercise or Shenandoah Park for some pick-up soccer. Miami traffic can be tough, but we also enjoyed outings to South Beach, Key Biscayne and Cape Florida Beach, Everglades National Park, and a Ft. Lauderdale United soccer game. Communication with the hosts was great and check-in/out instructions were easy to follow. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything was amazing. They had everything we needed except a washer/dryer wouldve been nice to use. The backyard was so beautiful. The house was clean and the beds were oh so comfy. While the property itself has potential — with nicely furnished living areas and comfortable bedrooms — our stay was extremely disappointing due to significant sanitation and maintenance issues.Shortly after arrival, we began noticing ants throughout the property and large cockroaches in multiple areas, including the kitchen. These were not minor pests — they were full-sized roaches, including some crawling on the silverware and countertops. It was clear the issue had been ongoing.When we contacted the host to report the infestation, he acknowledged the problem and offered to have the property exterminated while we were staying there. This was not a reasonable or safe solution. He also sent a copy of a recent extermination receipt, which confirmed he was already aware of the problem prior to our arrival yet continued to rent the property in that condition.Additionally, the second bathroom sink had a slow leak that had clearly not been addressed. On top of that, guests are expected to pay extra to use the washer and dryer — an unreasonable charge for a two-bedroom property that is marketed for extended stays.Due to the ongoing pest infestation, we ultimately decided to leave early. This property should not have been listed or occupied until the pest problem was fully resolved. I would not recommend staying here until the owner demonstrates that the home is clean, sanitary, and properly maintained.

Beautiful casita hosted by a wonderful couple! Everything was spotlessly clean and even better than the pictures! From the totally updated interior to the gorgeous garden patio, this home has it all! Highly recommend to those traveling to town for plastic surgery. Provides a beautiful and relaxing environment to recover that is convenient (about 3 miles) to most cosmetic surgeons in the Coral Gables area.
