When a guest arrives we provide a “starter pack” of basic amenities like two rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, bin liners.. etc. ... We do not re-stock or supply essentials throughout the stay.
You might want to research where the nearest stores are, should you need extra provisions.

This place is rundown, in need of maintenance and is filthy. The guy next door was screaming at a woman for hiding his drugs. The neighborhood is sketchy at best so becareful careful walking around after dark. Most of the parking is on the street and cost about 32 for 8 hours. I booked this place for 2 weeks and was so disgusted that I left right away.

Uma excelente estadia, estavamos em dois adultos e duas criancas, atendeu perfeitamente, cozinha completa o que facilitou nossa estadia. Unico ponto negativo é nao ter estacionamento proprio, porem tem estacionamento publico a menos de 100 metros.

Very practical apartment for travelers who are not very concerned about high standard comfort. It does the job perfectly, very well located with the free trolley and bus in front of the building entrance as well as supermarkets, restaurants for breakfast and dinner, a stone's throw from Ocean Drive. It's really a good address. On the other hand, there is no interesting view or swimming pool. Other than that, there is everything you need. On the same floor you have a garbage disposal and a laundry room with washing machines and dryers. In short, I recommend it to those looking for practicality with good value for money.
