I rented a one-bedroom room with a sitting room and a kitchen. Appliances were top-notch, and the unit was clean, crisp, and well-appointed. The unit was on the 15th floor with nice views. The building is very new and the coffee shop out front was a nice touch. Easy walk to Brickell with amazing restaurants. There was some road noise, but my earplugs worked great. Highly recommend. The price was amazing.

Clean room. Will be a great location once they are done building a residential tower in front. The room could use a bit of love. Bed very comfortable. Staff nice and helpful. Would recommend to someone who doesn’t mind being woken up extremely early with construction noise (4:30am).
