Fell Short BIGTIME
We paid and were approved for early check in. We got there and had to wait for four hours, they made a mistake. They did refund us and accommodated with a locker and access to the pool. However it was cold and it wasted our whole day there. The check in process was a bit confusing and entry to the building took a day to figure out. The oven broke and they couldn’t fix it. We bought 150 worth of food and couldn’t use the oven or microwave. They would not make any concessions for us in this regard and did not even text me back. They ignored me. So we ended up with no microwave or stove. The oven and stove were impossible to figure out. The pans were old too so even though we tried heating on the stove, it was not very successful because everything stuck to the pans. Overall, we lost a full day. Got stuck with major food costs and lost. The apartment was okay but the pull out bed mattress and the bed mattress were unacceptable to sleep on. Not HAPPY.
