Nice apartment near Miami.

Easy check in/ check out. The room was clean and had a great view of Miami. The property is close enough to Miami to get anywhere in the city. The walls are a little thin so you can sometimes hear some of your neighbors, but overall I really enjoyed my stay.

Spectacular view and location

The view from the living room and full balcony is incredible. The condo was pristine. Suggested they update pics for future renters that include actual pics of the living room and balcony. Kitchen is fully stocked with small appliances and utensils. Some small annoyances like no hand soap in the kitchen or bathroom, no hand towels or washcloths. No coffee filters, spices, or toiletries left in the unit. This is ok, but some Vrbo's do have these items so wanted to mention this. There is a Publix grocery store one block away. Leaving 3 stars due to some issues with check-in/check out that made a difference because we were not provided some important details. There were some small annoyances which were listed above, but addressed these and a few others with the owner. If more detail is provided on the listing or in check-in/check out process and a few cheap/simple amenities are provided this would've been 5 stars for sure!
