A Luxurious Italian Villa unlike any place you will find in south Florida close to
Homestead with over 8,000 square feet of air-conditioned indoor spaces as well as a
magnificent court yard located in the center of the villa, with several sitting areas where
you can enjoy viewing the stars in the evening. Six large bedrooms with
comfortable beds and luxury linens that can comfortably sleep groups of up to 12 people. A Gourmet kitchen equipped with all amenities to entertain a large group. Fully
equipped bar area (no alcohol provided). Beautiful BBQ area with large gas grill. Huge
Pool (20x40 ft) with large pool deck, pool towels, and comfortable loungers.
Large landscaped area with a moat that surrounds most of the villa, filled with an
assortment of fish for your relaxing and viewing pleasure.
The villa is close to the turnpike and US 1 which makes it easily accessible for travelling '
to the keys, Miccosukee Casino & Resort, Monkey jungle, Coral Castle, everglades alligator farm, Homestead Bayfront Park, Schnebly Winery, the fruit and spice park, Cinco de Mayo Park as well as the Miami Speedway and many other attractions.
There is an event fee in addition to the overnight stay for weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, etc.. This fee is based on the amount of people in the event. Up to 75 people in the event the fee is $6,000.00, up to 100 people the fee will be $7,500.00 and up to 150 people the fee will be $10,000.00. This event fee only includes the reception chairs. The overnight booking must be done via VRBO and then, we will provide the names of our vendors for the reception, i.e. flowers, DJ, photographer, catering, bartenders, waitresses, tables, chairs and tablecloths, etc. , Traveler will have to inform us that there will be an event and indicate how many people in that event.
