The room was in good condition and the staff was acceptably courteous. I was somewhat annoyed by the fact that there was a charge beyond what I had paid when I booked the room. My recommendation is that the complete cost should be what is displayed on travel websites.

The front desk staff were very friendly when we arrived. However the hotel smelled like smoke and weed. They had fans in the hallway I’m assuming trying to get rid of the smell. We also had to move rooms because the handle of the shower was broken and only hot water was coming out. Someone did come up very quickly to get it checked out. There was mold in both rooms we stayed in. We went from the 4th floor to the 2nd floor and both smelled of smoke and weed.

Hotel room was clean and pretty nice for the price! The brewery attached to the hotel has excellent pizza and great service. Overall, we loved our night here and would definitely stay again.

El servicio del hotel fue bastante bueno, cada dia encontramos la habitación limpia y recogida. Ya de por si lo estan renovando lo cual significa mucho. El area del restaurante Beat Culture fue chulo, solo lo probamos para unas cervezas (para nosotros fue un plus tener una cerveceria tan cerca). Me hubiera gustado que el ruido de las otra habitaciones no se sintieran tanto.

This is a great place to stay while you are in Miami. It is close to the airport restaurants and shopping malls. The staff is very friendly and helpful. the rooms are nice and clean this is the second time we stay here and will stay here every time we come to Miami.

First of all they chargef for parking once I got there, which they never mentioned during the reservation, second and most importantly they charged me $25 as a deposit which they told me it would be refunded to me after my stay, I never got that refund back even though I’ve been calling and provided all the info they required. I have called several numbers and it’s just a rabbit hole, it has all the signs of a scam. Stay away from this hotel unless you want to be scammed. It was an unpleasant, not worthy and forgettable experience.

The pictures. On the app did not anyway resemble the hotel. They didn't have a shuttle. Or any other restaurants in the area. They're soda machines were out of order. Their swimming pool was out of order.
