First and most importantly, the unit provided was not the same as the one advertised.Theres Nothing Boutique about this unit nor stay. The layout, size, and overall appearance differ substantially from the listing photos. For example, the bathroom is extremely small and does not match what was represented. This discrepancy is material and directly impacted our decision to book the property.Second, the overall condition of the unit is unacceptable. The property appears poorly maintained, with multiple sanitation and maintenance issues. Specifically, there were flies present in the shower area, as well as visible mildew and cracked tiles in the shower. These conditions are unsanitary and fall well below reasonable expectations for a rental property. I have photographic evidence documenting these issues.Additionally, there were other concerns during our stay, including ongoing construction noise well After Midnight, and a very loud neighbor in the hallway earlyIn the morning. While we understand that these factors may be outside of the host’s direct control, they further contributed to an overall negative experience.Due to the misrepresentation of the property and its poor condition, we made the decision to vacate the premises, after one night.
