No towels even when asked wasn’t enough for my family, dirty floors silverware not enough plates for my family to eat sand on floors mold in. Bathroom -staff rude and pleasant -surprise charges for amenities that could not use fully- hardly have chairs in pool area had to sit on floor never again!!!!

The property was quite satisfactory.

We’re thinking that because of Mother’s Day weekend, it was quite crowded. Also, because of our proximity to the pool, we were exposed to quite a bit of noise . It was difficult to enjoy our balcony on Saturday and Sunday. Other than that, the property was quite satisfactory. We enjoyed the two restaurants. There is a walk to the beach area. That would have been good to know in advance. Will we be notified when our deposit will be refunded?

Great condo!

The place was clean. Location was perfect ! Pool is on the 9th floor and the condo is on the 10th so it was close! Condo was perfect t! So roomy!!! My kids loved the balcony and the space!! Beach was beautiful! The owner communicates very fast with you if you have any questions! I will def be back here again!

Everything was beautiful and very clean. The view was amazing on our balcony. My 4 year old had a blast in the pools and the beach is just steps from the hotel. Would definitely come again!

Average condo in a great location

Initial reaction of inside condo was nice, but in closer look it could’ve been cleaned better. Sand on coffee table and floors of living room and bathroom. Shower could use a deep clean with mildew on molding and the plumbing makes a weird loud noise if tried to change the temp. (Think I saw that on another post) Booked place with kitchen so could cook some meals but unfortunately place only had ONE pan. There went my plan to make some hard boiled eggs for breakfast amongst other meals. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Tons of empty cabinets and large fridge for snacks and premade meals though. Ana was very prompt in communicating back with us as the water filter for fridge was due to be changed so ice was not filtered and WD was not working at first so had to locate the fuse box (hidden by a frame) The property itself is nice-good pool gym and restaurant. It was convenient to have beach chairs and umbrella included in the amenities. Like others have said, the elevators can be a hassle during busy hours. Unfortunately, it was always busy during this week, likely spring break. Also, the valet which is the only choice for Parking and an extra cost, can be iffy. they were quick to get our car each time but we witnessed how radical they drove the vehicles and it was def worrisome. Overall, property was average in a convenient area close to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants! Owner is also very good in getting back to you with any questions!

Very nice apartment with a beautiful view. The place was very clean, something that is very important during this pandemic. The location is wonderful and the resort's pool are beautiful. The communication with Ana the owner was awesome and she quickly responded to some questions that I had. She even offered if I wanted to do a late check out. Perfect for us!!!

After being quarantined, & not being able to travel, this was our 1st trip in 2020, & instead of going out of the country, we opted for Hollywood Fl! What a delight! We loved the resort! Everything about the building and our condo was excellent & beautifully designed & decorated! OmG!, the food! The bar/pool area are great, my only complaint would be the pool hrs. Despite the bar staying open, they close the pool right before 8pm.We unfortunately had to check out early, die to a death in the family, & the process was seamless. Ana, also responds very quickly to any questions you concerns! We will be back!

Ana did a great job of working with us and we really enjoyed our stay. Great ocean view from the balcony. Room was clean and neat and we appreciated the coffee options, snacks, etc. provided for us. Ana was very responsive to our needs! A few comments on the overall building itself. Nice location, easy access from Ft. Lauderdale airport, quick service when we needed our car, etc. The hallway carpets could stand to be cleaned and you have to be patient with the elevators during busy times. Overall great stay!

Great Place but problem with high occupancy

My unit was terrific. Ana was great. She was easy to communicate with and handled any issue related to my rental unit occupancy expediently. The issues related to the building being fully occupied and not having enough elevators to handle the traffic causing long waits and an overcrowded beach and long waits for chaises. Even the pool did not have enough chaises. However the facilities on the 9th floor were all very nice.

We had a great time staying at the Hyde! Thank you Anna to for having the pack-n-play set up for us when we arrived. The condo was perfect for 2 adults and 1 child. We loved the pools and the beach. The 7-11 is right across the street and a full grocery store within a mile. The check-in/out process was simple and the towel service at the pool/beach was very convenient. We can't wait to return.

JUST ABOUT PERFECT!!

The property is very well located on the beach with both a fantastic pool area on the 9th floor that gets the sun all day long which is highly unusual on the beach as well as comfortable beach loungers and umbrellas. Loved the unit except for the fact that the AC didn't appear to work. I could probably have had it fixed easily but the temps were generally quite cool so we in't really miss it. Also, the shower plumbing needs a quick fix as it makes a horrible noise until you learn to manipulate it in the way that avoids the noise; again, it could likely have been fixed easily . There is no choice for parking other than valet at $35 a day, which meant lengthy waits at busy times, and a pricey resort fee of $30 a day. These were the only reasons I didn't give it a 5 star review.

Perfect condo with awesome location with awesome views!!

The condo is located right above the pool which is located on the 9th floor so you have great ocean and pool view. Great resort to stay at and Ana is very helpful.
