Great staff. Long checkout time (1:00 pm) that was very helpful. Breakfast was not included. We bought it but not worth the price. Still need have a pleasant stay. Nice and very safe area.

The transportation to the airport should be free, so when we got to the airport the driver charged us 100 pesos to take us to the airline we needed and it was like 1 minute drive 😆, what a scam!!!

The room is very spacious, the location is great close to the airport and to the Autodromo / Foro Sol. The staff were very nice and the Mexican restaurant on site was very good. 24 hour free shuttle to the airport was very convenient as well

Clean but a big let down in every other aspect. They gave us the wrong room, then moved us to the right room when we were out, transferring our stuff and I ended up losing my new shoes in the process. They don't speak English either. I speak Spanish so that was okay, but just FYI.
