Check in took a very long time while I waited at the desk for the receptionist to come, even after she was called by the gate guard several times. It took about 30 minutes of me standing by an empty desk until she came. After being checked in I was taken to my shared dorm room and that’s it. She left before I could ask where the toilets, showers or any other amenities were. The walls in the room were also dirty and had visible mold. The bed itself was clean and the bathrooms were clean but I wouldn’t return.

This place is a complete.dive. We were there for a week and never slept one night and it was dirty, no towels or hot water. The place has paper thin walls and they allow the guests to be loud all night The pictures are nothing like the place actually is. Our bed was a high bunk bed that was broken. I requested a refund and I hope they give it. The only good thing about the place is the staff were nice.

The personnel was nice, although I wasn't given a good introduction on the practicalities. The location is pretty and quiet. However, my room was so cold as there was no heating and the doors were not isolated. Also, the hostel does not offer toilet paper in the room toilet.
