Wonderful reprieve from everyday life

Great location. Clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated. My group and I had a wonderful week in Polanco taking advantage of some wonderful warm weather. The property was just as described and the on site staff were wonderful and accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to book with anything Wynwood house lists!

Mexico city vacation.

The place is modern, very bright, so much natural light, clean and well maintained. We Loved the patio and living area - spent some nights inside, after long days of walking. Bedrooms are well isolated, so all of us had great rest in the night and could accommodate our sleeping patterns without affecting each other. Kitchen has all the basic supplies- we had breakfast every day inside (and Walmart is 3 min walk ) Staff was very professional and attentive to our needs, replied pretty much in matter of minutes. Loved it! Will stay again!

Great stay.. minor issues

Overall it's a very lovely property. The location is great, and the property is exactly as listed. The only problems we had were the toilets would not flush and at first there wasn't hot water. When we arrived, the toilets flushed, but a couple of hours later they stopped flushing. I msg'd the property owner and I was told someone could come in the morning to take a look. I was also informed that there is a safety mechanism on the water heater that shuts off when it is too hot. Apparently the previous guests had set the water too hot and it triggered the water heater to turn off. I eventually was able to reset the water heater and we had hot water. In the morning we were good to go- hot water and our toilets were again flushing. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Although it would have been nice if the water heater was set properly prior to us checking in. I think the toilet issue was a fluke though. I appreciated the quick communication with the property manager, and it was nice to be able to store our luggage in the loby while we shopped around. There is a nice security gaurd Alfredo who works the property, so everything felt very safe. Would stay here again.
