Nicely appointed room with mini kitchen and separate seating area. Balcony was nice but faced busy street and was loud. Even with windows closed, street noise was loud. Bring earplugs for sleeping. Nice lounge area outside of fitness center. Location was great with restaurants, shopping nearby. Also, close to the park.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience during our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable — perfect to relax in after a long day of exploring. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around, yet the hotel still felt peaceful and safe. We especially appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property and the high level of service we received every day. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area!

Extremely horrible room, it was a godown converted into a hotel room. There were no windows. The shower on one side, the toilet and wash basin on the other side. The room felt very unsafe if there is a fire or theft, no outlet. No sunlight in the room as there were no windows or balcony to the room. The pictures on the website and hotels.com are deceptive. Hot water took more than 5 mins; you need to stand in the shower and wait for the hot water for more than 5 minutes. Same situation for the wash basin. The only ventilation to the room is your HVAC. At times room felt worse than a jail room. I am not sure how Mexico City approved this as a hotel room or a bedroom. Extremely horrible customer service, when I communicated with them, they said the rooms are not available and fully booked, then they wanted more money for a window or balcony room.

Staff were courteous, the location is in the heart of Polanco Mexico City, I had everything around me - restaurants, bars, pharmacies, lounges etc.. Ubers are able to come directly to the entrance of the apartment to pick me up whenever I want to go out, check in was easy, room was spacious and the bed was a king size. This apartment offered everything I wanted and I highly recommend it.. I will stay again. Thanks ✨✨✨✨✨
