The rooms were spotless and very spacious, with a great location that’s super walkable. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, and the rooftop was absolutely amazing, definitely a highlight. The only minor downside was that the beds felt a bit small given the size of the room, but overall it was a fantastic stay!

Overall this was your average hotel, it had all of the necessary amenities and was clean. We liked having a kitchenette, although the stove was finicky. The reason for the low rating is because of HORRIBLE communication from the property. They sent a message same-day that they were going to be shutting off the water for maintenance from 11:00pm-4:00am. That message was sent on their internal messaging platform (which does not send notifications), despite communicating via WhatsApp for the past month. As a result, we had no notice whatsoever, and there were no signs posted or notes put on the door, etc. 10:00pm rolled around and we tried to use the shower (after a long day at Tolantongo), toilet, and fill up our water bottles. The water was already off 1 hour earlier than scheduled. We were unable to shower, wash our hands, or even flush the toilet. This led to an extremely uncomfortable stay as we had just returned from a day-long excursion. Despite being responsive when I messaged the property, they claimed there was nothing they could do. They denied responsibility and claimed that any partial refund decision would be Orbitz’s responsibility. Orbitz sent us back to the hotel, telling us that the property manager would need to make that decision. ULIV ruined a good part of our stay and did absolutely nothing to make it right. Don’t book here if you want basic plumbing on your vacation!

Love staying here at this property, it was Central too many things and easy for a DiDi pick ups. The hotel and I was quiet yes, a little noisy on the street but for someone that’s exploring all day really didn’t affect me too much. The communication was excellent. Anything that we needed. It was at the door with the minutes.

Me volvería a hospedar aquí, tomé la habitación mas pequeña pero como iba sola estuvo perfecto, bonita vista desde mi ventana en el piso 10 y en la terraza bar la vista era increíble. Cualquier cosa que necesite la pedía por WhatsApp y me atendían rápido. Dormí perfecto ya que no se escucha tanto ruido de la calle. Los alrededores súper tranquilos.

Hotel needs better service and communications

A really nice hotel (condo / apartment style) but we had a very rough first night - with a loud and disturbing couple that arrive late at night and fought in the hallways all night. We had to call the police because it wasnt clear how to communicate with the hotel staff who were stationed only on the ground floor and no way to communicate with them unless we left our room. It was scary actually and the lack of communication was an ongoing issue. We had to stay for another 4 nights. The location is good in general walkable to many things in Roma Norta. The building is kind of on a sharp corner though. Drop off has to be on a side street. Overall the hotel needs better staff and communications / service.

Close to everything in nice area. Would definitely be back. Only one recommendation get air to living room area. A/C unit works well but it’s in the bedroom. Roof top area is really nice to hang out. Happy hour was excellent.

Great location!

The hotel was well located, nice to have small kitchen, there was filtered water, roof top bar was great. Staff super helpful. The property is not a hotel but all Air B&B rooms. Early check-in is not available but they will store your luggage.
