The staff at ULIV Cibeles was incredible, they went beyond what was expected and had always a smile on their face, really enjoyed our stay of 3 days, rooms super clean and comfortable, great restaurants at walking distance and super well located, subway station near by also.

Nice big rooms, and great location. Love that there is a laundry. Price is also great. Downsides: sewage smell from bathroom occasionally and cleaning is something you have to pay extra for, even on a 4 night stay. Also a working chair would have been nice.

For the price this is an excellent choice and we would highly recommend. We walked or road bikes just about everywhere. Very near all we wanted to do. Neighborhood is great with many great resturants and things to do within a short walk. Front desk team were great. Wish they had cleaning more regularly scheduled. We stayed a week (7 nights) without a cleaner. Not really necessary as we didn't really spend much time in the room but would be nice. Had to ask for towels which were graciously provided while we were out. If looking for nice, clean, safe place to sleep, ULIV Cibeles is perfect.

Great stay! Located at a quiet street near a circle that’s filled with restaurants and bars. About 20 min walk to the nearest mall and other areas of shopping. A block or two away from Roma Norte. Will stay here again. Rooms are comfortable and spacious and looks just like the picture. Only thing I had a small issue with was the ironing board was broken and there were holes in the bed sheet. But everything else was clean and works great.

The pictures look great, however in person the room (especially the bathroom) is not clean and not well maintained. The place could benefit from a deep clean. I believe the place used to be a Sonder, however the new management doesn't seem to have the same cleanliness standards. The location however is 10/10. Great neighborhood and close to many restaurants and shops. There is a 24 hour reception and a safe place to leave your luggage, which is very convenient.
