We liked this place a lot. We were there in the early part of May. The building is modern, secure, clean and well maintained, as was the apartment. We liked the simple modern style. The living area was spacious, with a nice view from the floor to ceiling windows and a narrow balcony just outside. The bedrooms and kitchen had good sized windows for light and air. Bedrooms were basic but fine. The place was quite quiet overall, being on the sixth floor and at the back of the building. Even with the windows open there wasn’t much city noise. We slept fine. There were 1 full and 1 half baths, both off the main living area. There was a dedicated washer and dryer, located one floor up in the building’s shared laundry area, which worked out fine. The kitchen was stocked for basic cooking and cleaning. Towels were nice. Plenty of hot water. Everything worked. There is no air conditioning but a cross breeze from open windows and two tower fans kept the place comfortable. There are no screens, but surprisingly few insects came in even with the windows open most of the day. Location is great. Short walk to Parque Mexico, cafes, etc., of Condesa, with a convenience store and full service grocery nearby. Roma Norte also is within walking distance. The only thing we’d recommend improving is that the couch has seen better days and should be reupholstered or replaced. Communication with hosts through VRBO app, while not immediate, was fine. Would happily recommend this place to others.

Great stay in La Condesa

Great find, close to lots of small cafes and restaurants and very accessible to several parks. The check in process was very easy…and the host very responsive. At night, the neighborhood felt very safe. It’s a quick Uber ride to most of the city’s many attractions…a great spot for a first time visit to CDMX!

Great Stay in a Beautiful Neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean, well-designed, and in a great neighborhood. The bed was super comfortable, and the shower was excellent. Plus, the beautiful view was a nice bonus.The only downsides were the lack of a washer and dryer and no air conditioning, though they did provide a powerful fan that helped. Communication with the property manager was a bit slow at the beginning, but overall, they did a really nice job staying in touch. If we could, we’d give it 4.5 stars. Overall, a great place to stay!

It’s the best

Loved our stay! Easy walkable areas. Several nearby parks. Tacos around the corner. Contramar and Lardo within walking distance. Chapultepec and museums walking distance. Will def stay here again!

Modern apartment on Av. Amsterdam

This is a quiet, well furnished modern apartment in a great neighborhood. Despite it’s elevated location it does not offer much of a view - it is at the back of the house. The kitchen is functional, the beds are comfortable. Check-in and check-out is very streight-forward and contact with the agency was very good. I found it lacked charm and that the furnishing was a bit cheap.
