The staff is the best part of this hotel! Every single person we had contact with was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful with a stunning bar on the 38th floor. We loved the hotel and had a great stay, the staff was friendly and the food was great. Things they could work on: - the pool is COLD! not great for this time of year and not what we were expecting. - we were on the 25th floor and it was still very noisy. We didn’t get a great night sleep because of outside noise.

Si ore es muy agradable pasar un fin de semana largo en Sofitel, todos son muy amables. Las chicas y los caballeros del Club nos hacen el día. Muy agradable lugar impecable servicio de todos.
