Absolutely horrible experience. I booked a room there and arrived before Noon. I came back to check-in at 3:00pm and they said there were no rooms available. The receptionist was incredibly rude, and stated, "It's not our fault. In addition, I'm visiting from out of the country and have never been to Mexico before. Moreover, they still charged be for the room. Poor customer experience and I would not recommend to anyone.

only one chair in the room for 2 people. The room was not cleaned the whole time we stayed there, no change of towels (they are very strict on 2 per room and no more) etc. otherwise clean, comfortable bed, and we felt very safe. With fan on, traffic noise was muted. Overall not worth the price. A friend stayed at the Barcelo a few blocks away for 9 nights for the same price we paid for 4. Lesson learned.

I had a terrible stay, there were no pillowscases, the bathroom was dirty, there was no iron and I Did not sleep on Saturday night because some other guests were fighting and everithing could be heard, there was too much noise outside and the room was very small. I will never stay there again, I not will recommend it this place. When I went to check out, it took 10 minutes because there was no one and the inside door couldn't be opened. Ohh did I forget, there was no towel to dry my hands in the bathroom and kitchen. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, and I don't want to hear anything about you.

El hotel está precioso y aunque tenía mis dudas por comentarios que leí de personas que se quejaban porque no te tenían sus habitaciones o porque no había comunicación; no fue mi casa, me atendieron luego luego y todo fluyó de maravilla. El único detalle es que hay unos puestos de comida abajo y hacen mucho ruido. Así que sugiero solicitar las habitaciones de adentro las que no tiene balcón. Fuera de eso la locación es excelente y el parquímetro barato

Esta bonitos los departamentos, solo que si es muy difícil tener comunicación con alguien de la propiedad antes de la llegada, otro punto no tan bueno es que como se encuentra con remodelación y es una zona algo concurrida hay mucho ruido, pero al final todo salió muy bien y pude disfrutar mi estancia.

Definitivamente la propiedad que te otorgan al llegar no se compara en nada a las fotos que te anuncian aquí Son habitaciones demasiado reducidas y el baño tiene mal olor y por lo mismo al ser pequeñas toda la habitación se inunda con ese olor Sinceramente no vale la pena el precio

Muy bonito, detalles que pueden mejorar

El departamento esta muy bonito, todo es nuevo y en buen estado. La ubicación también esta súper. El único detalle es que se escucha mucho ruido del exterior, y no cuenta con aire acondicionado por lo que al abrir la ventana el ruido es más molesto. El personal muy amable también.
