The Nido wins on location, cleanliness, and setup. It’s more of a short stay apartment than a hotel. There are not a lot of hotel style services, just housekeeping if you need it, but it has a wonderful location on Parque Mexico, a nice roof deck overlooking the city and a free laundry room. It all works very well for the thrifty traveler.

Such a great location. Right across the street from the park. Surprisingly quiet. The entire building is very clean and the unit looked just like the pictures. So many shops, restaurants and coffee shops nearby, but also super easy to catch an Uber right in front. Absolutely loved it and we would stay here again.

Our room was beautiful, overlooking Parque Mexico and the flowering jacaranda trees. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the morning and herbal tea at night, sitting on our balcony or the gorgeous rooftop terrace. It was very convenient to be able to do our laundry before moving to our next location. Finally, the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a great experience.

On the plus side the location is excellent and the rooms are new and clean. On the negative there really isn’t any staff to help with anything. Just a security guard that speaks little English. Noise can be an issue as the walls are paper thin - I could hear the people talking in the room next door.

Terrific location. Right on the park and steps to wonderful restaurants and cafes. Be aware that room cleaning is only offered on stays longer than 7 days. This is a great boutique hotel. The rooms are really nice, but it is interesting. It didn’t have any air-conditioning which really didn’t matter downstairs. Had a great restaurant, the neighborhood is very good and walkable. I would definitely stay here again.
