Hideous!! Do not book here ! Toilet clogged upon arriving , sink is leaking flooding the bathroom, only two staff on with a supposedly full house . They must give me a refund this is absurd . Also the room ac isn’t working blowing room temperature air. I demanded a refund and was refused , it’s still the first night of arrival at night of writing this . Absurd mai. Staff is trying everything to help it’s not their fault

Very beautiful and local. Everything is at a walking distance. There is no parking available from what I am aware of. The price was reasonable for the amenities that it includes. The rooms have no AC only a fan and a openable window. It is normal since there is great climate in Mexico City (depending on the month of your stay). Other than that, it is very clean, the staff was great and the breakfast was good. Montserrat was our go to person. She is very nice and friendly. Thank you Hotel MX Condesa for a great stay!

It is a good value for the price. Location is good with a lot of restaurants in walkable distance. The rooms are too small ans lacking basic ammenities like a desk. The rooms are also very noisy most of the day.

Front desk receptionist staff was not friendly. Not welcoming act as if we were bothering with questions. Other staff were nice. Unfortunately the room is very small not for 3 adults. Do not book if you want some sort of privacy as bathroom is right in front of the beds. You can hear and smell everything. Room was hot and muggy no air conditioning. The ceiling fan did help but not very much. Just a room to sleep in.

We stayed for 4 nights and had a pleasant time. The staff was very helpful and the room was clean. In the morning we would walk 5 minutes to the bakery and get fresh bread and coffee. Around the corner is the metro station which made getting around very easy. My only issues with the hotel are the following: First, the bathroom door which is glass doesn't provide much privacy. Second, even though the aesthetic of the room was nice the floor had vinyl tile which was kind of peeling and the walls had a bit of saltpeter. But since it is an old building you can't really complain. Overall, beautiful hotel, great location, awesome staff. Will return

LO UNICO BUENO FUE EL DESAYUNO

Decepcion total nada como lo publicitan! Anandonamos las habitaciones desde el 7 de Agosto 2025 con pago hecho hasta el dia 13, lugar muy humedo no hay privacidad en la habitacion poca luz y espacio para la ropa. Lo unico bueno fue el desayuno incluido del restaurant al fondo. Muy ruidoso y de muy dificil acceso para tomar el auto por la ciclovia que tiene enfrente. No lo recomiendo, el personal en particular Michel de actitud arrogante y nada amable. Los conserjes fueron atentos pero las instalaciones son viejas y en dos ocasiones se descompuso el sanitario, y solo nos dieron la pompa para arreglarlo nosotros. No reportaron mi salida desde el dia 7 de Agosto 2025 y no contestaron mis mensajes dirigidos a la propiedad. Un "FIASCO"

Omitiré ser agresivo en la descripción, las fotografías no corresponden a la realidad del hotel. Descuido total de las habitaciones y en envejecimiento de las instalaciones. Las habitaciones no tienen ventilación y el olor a encierro y cigarro es desagradable. Lo único que se puede valorar positivo y adecuado es el trato del chico que te recibe para ayuda con las maletas
