No superó las expectativas

Las instalaciones del hotel están en excelente estado, la cama y almohadas muy cómodas. Es un hotel que funciona más como hotel de paso, lo que no tendría nada de malo sino fuera porque en este mundo tan competitivo, todo se reduce a la calidad en el servicio, lo cual está muy mal en este hotel: Al llegar a hacer el Check In, ya había unas personas esperando en la recepción (ignoro çuanto tiempo llevaban esperando), pero no había nadie atendiendo la recepción. Estuvimos esperando por al menos 15 minutos antes de que alguien llegara para ocuparse de la recepción, cabe mencionar que para ese momento ya se había juntado más gente queriendo hacer check out y check in. Tardamos alrededor de otros cinco minutos para pasar a registrarnos. Cuando al fin nos registraron, la señorita de mostrador fue muy poco amable e incluso pareció molestarse por tener que buscar nuestro número de reserva. Todo el proceso lo realizó de mala gana. Al siguiente día alrededor de las 08:00 hrs. Se comenzó a escuchar mucho ruido que al parecer era realizado por personal de camaristas, pues se escuchaba movimiento como cuando realizan la limpieza en alguna habitación, pero con música a suficiente volumen para traspasar las paredes y en adición se escuchaba que alguna señorita canta a, lo que interrumpió nuestro descanso (no obvio mencionar que nuestra habitación (301) está junto a lo que parece ser un cuarto de servicio, que es probablemente de dónde provenía el ruido. Por favor capaciten mejor al personal
