Not Customer Focused

The room that I booked (top floor) was not honored. In addition, the check-in of 3:00 pm was also not honored (we waited 45 minutes for the room to become available). Unfortunately, management did nothing to accommodate us - and to my knowledge they never responded to Hotels.com either (from the complaint I issued to you). I would encourage anybody looking at this property to do your homework - the location is next to a very busy, noisy roadway. Disappointing stay for sure and the lack of customer service needs to be addressed.
